1. Service Description
rPos360 is a cloud-based software platform providing table management, order tracking, inventory control, billing, and reporting services for cafes, restaurants, and bars. Services are accessible via web browsers and mobile devices.
2. Registration & Account Security
An account is required to use the service. You are responsible for ensuring your registration information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials and all actions taken under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
rPos360 may only be used for lawful business purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Attempting to damage, overload, or bypass system security measures
- Accessing other users' accounts or data without authorization
- Using the platform to sell illegal products or services
- Copying, reverse-engineering, or extracting the platform's source code or database
- Deploying automated bots, scrapers, or DDoS attacks
4. Pricing & Payments
The Free plan includes limited features. The Pro plan operates on a monthly or yearly subscription basis. Billing cycles are predetermined; payment delays may result in temporary service suspension. All prices are listed in Turkish Lira (TRY) and include VAT.
5. Data & Content Ownership
All data you upload to the platform (product lists, customer records, order history, etc.) belongs to you. rPos360 processes this data solely to deliver the service, provide technical support, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Service Interruptions & Disclaimer
rPos360 services are provided "as-is". Temporary interruptions may occur due to planned maintenance, technical failures, or unforeseeable events. Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance. rPos360 cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages arising from service interruptions.
7. Intellectual Property
The rPos360 brand, logo, software code, user interface design, and all content are the intellectual property of rPos360. Users may not use, reproduce, or distribute these materials without permission.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
rPos360 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. Users may close their account at any time through the panel. Upon closure, data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.
9. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or panel notification. Continuing to use the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Dispute Resolution
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, Istanbul (Anatolia) Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized.
